Crafted from shipping containers and local timber to reflect our natural landscape, the iconic lookout tower yields breathtaking views over the Hazards mountain range and Moulting Lagoon. The space provides shelter from unpredictable weather while maximizing views – and a place to drink and dine – from every angle. Our wines reflect the boldness, passion, and tenacity of the people who create them. We use minimalist winemaking techniques to allow the unique intensity of flavour, purity, and vibrancy of fruit to shine through.​
